Getting started
Go from sign-up to a live, trained bot in a few minutes.
- Create an account. Sign up with your email — you land on the free plan automatically (1 bot, 1 knowledge base, 10 responses/week).
- Create a bot. From the dashboard, click Bots → + New bot. Give it a name, an optional description, and choose which platform it should run on: Discord, Website, or both.
- Upload your documentation. Open the bot and upload PDF,
DOCX, TXT, or Markdown files under Knowledge base. Each file is parsed, split into chunks, and
embedded in the background — watch the status column go from
pending→processing→ready. - Test it. Use the Test this bot panel on the bot page to ask a question before connecting anything live. If the answer isn't in your docs, the bot will say so instead of guessing.
- Go live. Follow the Discord setup guide and/or the widget install guide depending on the platform(s) you chose.
- Watch usage. The dashboard overview shows conversations, responses used against your quota, and top questions. Upgrade any time from Billing when you outgrow the free tier.
